All packages are sent 1st class recorded delivery to UK destinations and International Signed For outside of the UK, which means someone will have to sign for it. This covers the goods in the mail up to the cost of £34. We will only cover goods lost in the post up to their value or £34 whichever is the less.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the terms and conditions of Distant Selling Regulations you have a legal right to a cooling off period of 7 days after purchasing anything from this site. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund within 7 days, only if it is returned to us in unused new condition. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons. Goods must be unopened and unused. However please email us prior to returning, in order to obtain a returns number. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, and we will not accept any responsibility for parcel returned to us, we advise you to send by recorded delivery. If your items arrives damaged we advise you to contact us immediately for a returns number, we will require the item back in order to inspect the damage for ourselves, so that we can ascertain if it is a design fault or postal damage. If it is deemed that the item is faulty by design your postage costs to return the item to us will be refunded in full. Please do not allow a third party to tamper with or attempt to repair any fault as this will invalidate any guarantee.
